If you create a Voice Profile, we may analyze your writing samples to identify writing patterns such as tone, sentence structure, vocabulary, formality, common phrasing, and style preferences.

We use this information to help future outputs sound more consistent with your writing style. We do not intentionally copy your writing samples into outputs unless you specifically provide that text as part of the draft being revised.

3. AI Processing

Brevities uses artificial intelligence models and related service providers to process user-submitted text and generate outputs.

When you submit text for generation, rewriting, style analysis, or block-level editing, your text may be sent to an AI service provider for processing. These providers process your content only as needed to provide the requested functionality, subject to their applicable terms and data processing practices.

Where available, we configure third-party AI providers to avoid using customer content to train their general-purpose models.

4. How We Use Writing Samples

Writing samples are used to create and improve your personal Voice Profile.

We use writing samples to infer style patterns such as tone, structure, rhythm, vocabulary, and level of formality. We do not sell your writing samples. We do not use your writing samples to create Voice Profiles for other users.

You may delete your writing samples, imported sources, Voice Profiles, or your full account data through the in-app privacy center or by contacting us.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

You may request deletion of your account, writing samples, Voice Profiles, and writing sessions. Some information may remain in backups, logs, or records where retention is necessary for security, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information. These may include access controls, encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive credentials, logging, monitoring, and restricted administrative access.

However, no internet service is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
